THEGETOGETHER.COMTERMS OF USE AGREEMENTFor users who registered for the Services (as defined below) prior toJanuary 28, 2023, the Agreement (as defined below) will be effective onFebruary 25, 2023.PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BYACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREETO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BYREFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DONOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITES OR OUR SERVICES.THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION OFDISPUTES PROVISION IN SECTION 20 THAT REQUIRES THE USE OFARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES,RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.IF YOU BECOME A THEGETOGETHER.COM SUBSCRIBER AND PAY BYCREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD ASSOCIATEDWITH AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION), YOURSUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR CERTAIN PERIODSOF TIME IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE END OF THE TERM.SEE SECTIONS 13(c) AND (d) FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THEAUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO SUBSCRIPTIONS.This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement thatgoverns our relationship with users and others that interact withTheGetogether.com , Inc. and our subsidiaries and affiliates("TheGetogether.com ," "we," or "us") in connection with the use ofTheGetogether.com websites (including www.TheGetogether.com .com) (the"Sites") and our Services (as defined below). TheGetogether.com currentlymakes services, products and features available through our Sites,applications, which include Mobile Software (as defined in Section 16) andapplications available on social networking sites and other platforms, andother downloadable products (the Sites, the applications, the downloadableproducts and all products, services and features provided byTheGetogether.com in connection therewith shall be referred to collectivelyas, the "Services"). TheGetogether.com may offer additional services orproducts or modify or revise any of the Services at our discretion, and thisAgreement will apply to all additional services or products and all modified or

revised Services unless otherwise indicated. TheGetogether.com alsoreserves the right to cease offering any of the Services. You agree thatTheGetogether.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for anymodification, revision, suspension or discontinuance of any of the Services.Your use of certain Services may be subject to additional terms andconditions, and such terms and conditions will be either listed in thisAgreement, or will be presented or accessible to you byTheGetogether.com when you sign up to use, or use, such Services("Additional Terms"). All such Additional Terms are incorporated by referenceinto this Agreement unless otherwise indicated. This Agreement does not alterin any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have withTheGetogether.com for products, services or otherwise.All visitors to or users of our Sites or Services, whether registered or not, are"users" of the Services for purposes of this Agreement. If you register for theServices by creating an account, you become a "Member".This Agreement and any policy or guideline of the Services may be modifiedby TheGetogether.com in its sole discretion at any time.TheGetogether.com shall provide notice of any such modification, whichnotice shall, at a minimum, consist of posting the revised Agreement to theSites. When we change the Agreement, we will update the "last revised" dateat the top of this page. If you are a non-subscribing user or Member at thetime of any modification, unless otherwise indicated, any changes ormodifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to theSite or Service, and your use of the Service after such posting will constituteacceptance by you of the revised Agreement. If you are a subscribing Memberat the time of any change or modification, unless otherwise indicated thisAgreement will continue to govern your membership until such time that yoursubscription renews as contemplated by Section 13. If you continue yoursubscription, the renewal will constitute acceptance by you of the revisedAgreement. Alternatively, if you terminate your subscription at such time, youruse of the Service after your termination will constitute acceptance by you ofthe revised Agreement. As a result, you should frequently review thisAgreement and all applicable terms and policies to understand the terms thatapply to your use of the Services. If you do not agree to the amended terms,you must stop using the Services.1. ELECTRONIC RECORDS

Because the Services are provided electronically, you must consent toTheGetogether.com 's providing important information electronically if youwish to use the Services. You consent to being provided with this Agreement,notices, disclosures, information, policies and other materials in electronicform (collectively "Electronic Records"), rather than in paper form inaccordance with The Electronic Signatures in Global and National CommerceAct. Your consent to receive Electronic Records applies to all notices,disclosures, documents, records or other materials of any kind thatTheGetogether.com may be required to provide to you.Electronic Records will be provided on our Sites and Services or sent to theemail address associated with your account (you may change the emailaddress associated with your TheGetogether.com account by going to the"settings" page). You may wish to print out all Electronic Records and keepthem for your records. If you have any trouble printing out, downloading,and/or accessing any Electronic Records, you may contact us in writing at theaddress provided above. In order for you to access and retain ElectronicRecords sent by TheGetogether.com , you must have the following hardwareand software: a computer or other access device capable of reading html andtext files, a modem or other means of accessing the Internet, a browsercapable of accessing and displaying the TheGetogether.com website and theability to receive and read emails. To print the Electronic Records, you willalso need a printer.You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Records by contactingus in writing at the address provided above. However, the Services providedby TheGetogether.com are only available if you agree to receive ElectronicRecords, and you understand that withdrawing such consent will result in youraccount being deactivated. You can obtain a paper copy of an ElectronicRecord by contacting us in writing at the address provided above, providedthat TheGetogether.com may charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs ofprinting and sending the requested Electronic Record.2. ELIGIBILITYBy accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) youare at least 18 years old; (b) you have never been convicted of a felony or anycriminal offense characterized as a sexual offense and are not required toregister as a sex offender with any government entity; (c) you have notpreviously been suspended or removed from the Services; (d) you have theright, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all ofthe terms and conditions of this Agreement; (e) you are not a competitor of

TheGetogether.com and are not using the Services for reasons that are incompetition with TheGetogether.com or other than for its intended purpose;and (f) you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident ofany country which the United States has (i) embargoed, (ii) identified as a"Specially Designated National" or (iii) placed on the Commerce Department'sTable of Deny Orders.3. USE OF THE SERVICESYou agree that you will only use the Services, including the posting of anycontent through the Services, in a manner consistent with this Agreement andany and all applicable local, state, national and international laws andregulations, including, but not limited to, United States export control laws.Use of the Services is void where prohibited.a. Member Account. You will create only one unique profile for use of theServices. You will not include any telephone numbers, street addresses,URLs, multimedia, artworks downloaded from external sources, emailaddresses or any other contact information in your profile or in any otherpublicly viewable User Content (as defined in Section 4 below) or othercommunications made in connection with your use of the Services.Additionally, you will not include your last name in your dating profile. Youunderstand and agree that anyone may be able to view any information youchoose to make publicly available.b. Account Security. You understand that you are responsible formaintaining the confidentiality of the username and password of your account,and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your usernameand password, including the purchase of any of our Paid Services (as definedin Section 13 below). You agree (a) to immediately notifyTheGetogether.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your username orpassword or any other breach of security, (b) to ensure that you exit from youraccount at the end of each session, (c) not to use the account, profile,username or password of any other user or Member and (d) to use particularcaution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer sothat others are not able to view or record your password or other personalinformation. You acknowledge that TheGetogether.com is not responsible forany loss or damage arising from the theft or misappropriation of yourusername or password. We recommend that you use a strong password foryour account, never use the same password on multiple sites or services andchange your password frequently.

c. Exclusive Use. You will only use the Services for your sole, personal useand not in connection with any commercial endeavors. You will not authorizeothers to use the Services or otherwise attempt to transfer your right to usethe Services to any other person or entity.d. Interactions with Other Users; Criminal Background Screenings. Youassume all risk when using the Services, including but not limited to all risksassociated with any online or offline interactions with others, including dating.There is no substitute for acting with caution when communicating with anystranger who wants to meet you. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT,CURRENTLY, THEGETOGETHER.COM DOES NOT ROUTINELY SCREENITS USERS, INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS USERS,ATTEMPT TO VERIFY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ITS USERS ORCONDUCT CRIMINAL SCREENINGS OF ITSUSERS. THEGETOGETHER.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLEDISCRETION, TO CONDUCT SUCH INQUIRIES OR SCREENINGS(INCLUDING THE SEARCH OF ANY SEX OFFENDER REGISTRIES). YOUFURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEGETOGETHER.COM IS UNDERNO OBLIGATION TO CONDUCT ANY SUCH INVESTIGATIONS.TheGetogether.com does not make any representations, warranties orguarantees as to the conduct of its users, information provided by users, ortheir compatibility with you. You acknowledge that not all users are availablefor matching and that TheGetogether.com may create test profiles oraccounts to monitor the operation of the Services.You agree to take all necessary precautions when meeting other users,especially if you decide to meet in person. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TOREVIEW OUR ONLINE DATING SAFETY TIPS PRIOR TO USING THESERVICES. These tips provide general advice aimed at engaging in saferdating practices, such as not providing your last name, home address, placeof work, financial information (such as your credit card number or your bankaccount number) or other identifying information to other users and stoppingall communications with anyone who pressures you for personal or financialinformation or attempts in any way to trick you into revealing it. You agree totreat all other users with dignity and respect and comply with our user conductrules set forth in Section 3(f) below.e. No Commercial Solicitation or Advertising. You will not engage in anyadvertising or solicitation to buy or sell any products or services through theuse of the Services and you will not transmit any chain letters, junk or spamemail to other users. Additionally, you will not use any information obtained

from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any userwithout their prior explicit consent.f. User Conduct. TheGetogether.com is not responsible or liable in anymanner for the conduct of its users, whether or not such conduct is inconnection with the use of the Site or the Services. YOU ACKNOWLEDGETHAT YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. You agree not to doany of the following in connection with the Services or the users thereof:i. use the Service in any unlawful manner or in a manner that is harmful to orviolates the rights of others;ii. engage in any unlawful, harassing, obscene, intimidating, threatening,predatory or stalking conduct;iii. use the Services in any manner that could disrupt, damage, disable,overburden, impair or affect the performance of the Services or interfere withor attempt to interfere with any other user's use of the Services;iv. impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age, identity,affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;v. make any commercial use of the Services or promote or solicitinvolvement in or support of a political platform, religion, cult, or sect;vi. defraud, swindle or deceive other users of the Services;vii. disseminate another person's personal information without his or herpermission, or collect or solicit another person's personal information forcommercial or unlawful purposes;viii. solicit or engage in gambling or any similar activity or any illegal orunlawful activity;ix. use any scripts, bots or other automated technology to scrape or accessthe Services;x. collect or solicit personal information about anyone under 18;xi. use the Service for any phishing, trolling or similar activities;xii. use the Service to redirect users to other sites or encourage users to visitother sites;

xiii. harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of otherusers from the Services by electronic or other means or use the Services tosend, either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail orcommunications, unsolicited commercial e-mail or communications or otherspamming or spamming activities;xiv. attempt to access any Services or area of the Sites that you are notauthorized to access; orxv. permit or allow other people or third parties to access and use theServices via your account.g. Reporting Violations. If you wish to report any violation of this Agreementby others, including Members, you may do so by using the "Report ThisProfile" button or similar button or link on the Services or by contacting us .h. Verification and Enforcement. Although TheGetogether.com does notroutinely conduct criminal screenings of its users, you agree thatTheGetogether.com has the right to do so at its sole discretion, and youconsent to such screening and agree to provide to TheGetogether.com , uponrequest, complete, accurate and current information confirming your eligibilityfor use of the Services. You understand and agree that ifTheGetogether.com believes in its sole discretion that you have violated theterms of this Agreement, misused the Services or behaved in a way that couldbe regarded as inappropriate, unlawful, illegal or unsafe,TheGetogether.com may, among other things, investigate, take legal actionagainst you and/or terminate your account and cancel your subscriptionand/or membership.4. USER CONTENT. Responsibility for User Content. You are solely responsible for thecontent and information that you provide, publish, transmit, display orotherwise communicate to TheGetogether.com through the Services or toother users (collectively referred to as "post"), including without limitationmessages, data, text, photos, video, music, graphics, links or other materialsposted through chat messages, community pages, email messages, mobilemessages, photos and profile information (your submissions and those ofother users, collectively, are "User Content"). TheGetogether.com does notcontrol, take responsibility for or assume liability for any User Content postedby you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor isTheGetogether.com liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel,omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you encounter.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICESAND USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.a. Accuracy of Information. You will not post any inaccurate, misleading,incomplete or false information or User Content to TheGetogether.com or toany other user. You agree that all images posted to your dating profile are ofyou and were taken within the last 2 years and agree to update your datingprofile accordingly. You may be required to supply certain information andpost a photo of yourself to use the Services.b. No Duty to Review User Content. Although you understand andacknowledge that TheGetogether.com has no duty to prescreen, review,control, monitor or edit the User Content posted by users and is not liable forUser Content that is provided by others, you agree thatTheGetogether.com may, at its sole discretion, review, edit, refuse to acceptor delete User Content at any time and for any reason or no reason withoutnotice, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies andreplacing any User Content you post or store on the Services at your sole costand expense. This includes TheGetogether.com 's right to modify, crop or“photoshop” any photos you submit to comply with TheGetogether.com 'spolicies, practices and procedures.c. License of User Content to TheGetogether.com. TheGetogether.com claims no ownership or control over your User Content,except as otherwise specifically provided herein, on the Services or in aseparate agreement. By submitting or posting User Content, you automaticallygrant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, toTheGetogether.com , its affiliates, licensees and successors an irrevocable,perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide right and license to use, copy,publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute suchUser Content furnished by you and to prepare derivative works of, orincorporate into other works, such information and User Content, and to grantand authorize sublicenses of the foregoing in any medium. You represent andwarrant that the User Content and the public posting and use of your UserContent by TheGetogether.com will not infringe or violate any third-partyrights, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or rights ofprivacy or publicity, or cause any harm to any third party or violate the termsof this Agreement. You further represent and warrant that you have the writtenconsent of each and every identifiable natural person in your User Content touse such person’s name or likeness in the manner contemplated by theService and this Agreement, and each such person has released you fromany liability that may arise in relation to such use. By posting User Content,

you hereby release TheGetogether.com and its agents and employees fromany claims that such use, as authorized above, violates any of your rights andyou understand that you will not be entitled to any additional compensation forany use of your User Content.d. Use of Proprietary Information of Others. You will not post, copy,transfer, create any derivative works from, distribute, reproduce or show inany manner any copyrighted or trademarked or other proprietary informationor materials, including any User Content posted by other users, without theprior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You acknowledge thatinformation or materials available through the Services may have copyrightprotection whether or not it is identified as being copyrighted.e. Prohibited Content. You will not post, transmit or deliver to any otheruser, either directly or indirectly, any User Content that violates any third-partyrights or any applicable law, rule or regulation or is prohibited under thisAgreement or any other TheGetogether.com policy governing your use of theServices ("Prohibited Content"). Prohibited Content includes without limitationUser Content that:.is obscene, pornographic, profane, defamatory, abusive, offensive, indecent,sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, inflammatory, inaccurate,misrepresentative, fraudulent or illegal;i.promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against anygroup or individual;ii.is intended to, or does, harass, or intimidate any other user or third party;iii.may infringe or violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright orother intellectual or proprietary right of any party, including User Content thatcontains others' copyrighted content (e.g., photos, images, music, movies,videos, etc.) without obtaining proper permission first;iv.contains video, audio, photographs, or images of another person without hisor her express written consent (or in the case of a minor, the minor's legalguardian) or otherwise violates anyone's right of privacy or publicity;v.promotes or enables illegal or unlawful activities, such as instructions onhow to make or buy illegal weapons or drugs;vi.violates someone's data privacy or data protection rights;

vii.contains viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or otherharmful, or disruptive codes, components or devices;viii.contains any advertising, fundraising or promotional content; orix.is, in the sole judgment of TheGetogether.com , objectionable or restricts orinhibits any person from using or enjoying the Services or exposesTheGetogether.com or its users to harm or liability of any type.f. Submissions. Separate and apart from the User Content you provide aspart of your use of the Services, you can submit questions, comments,feedback, suggestions, success stories, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, originalor creative materials or other information relating to TheGetogether.com andour Services (collectively, "Submissions"). Submissions, whether posted tothe Services or provided to TheGetogether.com by email or otherwise, arenon-confidential and shall become the sole property of TheGetogether.com .TheGetogether.com shall exclusively own all right, title and interest, includingwithout limitation all intellectual property rights, in and to any and allSubmissions. TheGetogether.com shall be entitled to the unrestricted useand dissemination of any Submissions for any purpose, commercial orotherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.g. Social Networking Sites. When you have enabled the use of ourServices through a third-party social networking or similar site or mobile orother application (a "Social Networking Site"), such as Facebook, Google+ orTwitter, you permit TheGetogether.com to access certain information aboutyou that is made available to TheGetogether.com through or from that SocialNetworking Site. The information obtained by TheGetogether.com varies bySocial Networking Site and may be affected by the privacy settings youestablish at that Social Networking Site, but can include information such asyour name, profile picture, network, gender, username, user ID, age range orbirthday, language, location, country, interests, contacts list, friends lists orfollowers and other information. By accessing or using our Services through aSocial Networking Site, you are authorizing TheGetogether.com to collect,store, retain and use, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, any and all ofyour information that TheGetogether.com has obtained from the SocialNetworking Site, including to create a TheGetogether.com profile page andaccount for you. Depending on the Social Networking Site and your privacysettings, TheGetogether.com may also post information to your SocialNetworking Site. Your agreement to the foregoing takes place when you"accept" or "allow" or "go to" (or other similar terms) our application on aSocial Networking Site or the transfer of information to

TheGetogether.com from such site. If there is information about your "friends"or people you are associated with in your Social Networking Site account, theinformation we obtain about those persons may also depend on the privacysettings such people have with the applicable Social Networking Site. Youacknowledge and agree that TheGetogether.com is not responsible for, andhas no control over, any applicable privacy settings on any Social NetworkingSites (including any settings related to any messages or advertisements aboutTheGetogether.com that the Social Networking Site may send to you or yourfriends). You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacysettings on Social Networking Sites before getting or using applications suchas ours or linking or connecting your Social Networking Site account to theServices. You may also unlink your Social Networking Site account from theServices by adjusting your settings on the Social Networking Site.5. PRIVACYPlease refer to our Privacy Policy for information about howTheGetogether.com collects, uses, stores and discloses personallyidentifiable information from its users. You understand and agree that if youpost any content, information or material of a personal or private nature inyour profile or in any public areas of TheGetogether.com or post or provide toTheGetogether.com any information or content which is intended to beshared with other users, such content, information and materials will beshared with others accordingly, and you hereby consent to such sharing. Youunderstand that by using the Services you consent to the collection, use anddisclosure of your personally identifiable information and aggregate data asset forth in our Privacy Policy, and to have your personally identifiableinformation collected, used, transferred to and processed in the United Statesor any other country in which we process your data or make the Servicesavailable. You also consent to receive emails from us in connection with theuse or promotion of the Services.6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LIMITEDLICENSEExcept for your User Content, the Service and all materials therein ortransferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text,graphics, designs, illustrations, TheGetogether.com logos, patents,trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music,information, data, other files and the arrangement thereof and User Contentbelonging to other users (the “Proprietary Materials”), and all intellectualproperty rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of

TheGetogether.com and its licensors (including other users who post UserContent to the Service). Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in thisAgreement shall be deemed to create a license in or under any suchintellectual property rights of TheGetogether.com .You are granted a limited, non-sub licensable license to access and use theServices, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agreethat you will not (i) copy, modify, publish, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell,distribute, transmit, perform, display, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile orotherwise disassemble any portion of the Proprietary Materials or the Servicesor cause others to do so; (ii) "frame" or "mirror" any part of the Services,without our prior written authorization; (iii) use meta tags or code or otherdevices containing any reference to TheGetogether.com or the Services inorder to direct any person to any other website for any purpose; (iv) resell ormake any commercial use of the Services; (v) use any data mining, robots, orsimilar data gathering or extraction methods or otherwise collect any pictures,descriptions, data or other content from the Services; (vi) forge headers orotherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of anyinformation transmitted through the Services; (vii) use any automatedmethods or processes to create user accounts or access the Services or (viii)use the Proprietary Materials or the Services other than for their intendedpurpose. Any use of the Services or Proprietary Materials other than asexpressly authorized herein, without the prior written consent ofTheGetogether.com , is strictly prohibited and will violate and terminate thelicense granted herein. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicablelaws, including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicablecommunications regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein,nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any license tointellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise.TheGetogether.com reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in theServices and the Proprietary Materials. This license is revocable at any time.7. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICYIf you become aware of any violation of any intellectual property laws (inparticular in respect of User Content) you should report this to us byemailing tgt@thegetogether.com, including your name and address, details ofthe location of the content in question and details of the unlawful nature of theactivity or the content.TheGetogether.com reserves the right to terminate, in appropriatecircumstances and in its sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat

infringers. TheGetogether.com may also, in its sole discretion, limit access tothe Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe anyintellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeatinfringement.8. COPYRIGHT POLICYIf you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that anything onthe sites infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification ofinfringement pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") byproviding our Copyright Agent with the following information: (i) an electronicor physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner ofthe copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claimhas been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim isinfringing is located on our website (please include URLs to help us identifythe material); (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) awritten statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputeduse is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) astatement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information inyour notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized toact on the copyright owner's behalf. Change in Amount Authorized. We may make available software to access theServices via a mobile or tablet device ("Mobile Software"). To use the Mobile Software, you must have a device that iscompatible with the Mobile Software. TheGetogether.com does not warrantthat the Mobile Software will be compatible with your device.TheGetogether.com hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,revocable license to use a compiled code copy of the Mobile Software for oneTheGetogether.com account on one device owned or leased solely by you,for your personal use only. You may not: (i) modify, disassemble, decompileor reverse engineer the Mobile Software, except to the extent that such

restriction is expressly prohibited by law; (ii) rent, lease, loan, resell,sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Mobile Software to any thirdparty or use the Mobile Software to provide time sharing or similar services forany third party; (iii) make any copies of the Mobile Software; (iv) remove,circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-relatedfeatures of the Mobile Software, features that prevent or restrict use orcopying of any content accessible through the Mobile Software, or featuresthat enforce limitations on use of the Mobile Software; (v) delete the copyrightand other proprietary rights notices on the Mobile Software; (vi) block, disableor otherwise affect any advertising, advertisement banner window, links toother sites and services, or other features that constitute an integral part of theMobile Software; (vii) use the Mobile Software on any device that you do notown or control; or (viii) distribute or make the Mobile Software available over anetwork where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. Any third-party code thatmay be incorporated in the Mobile Software is covered by the applicable opensource or third-party End User License Agreement, if any, authorizing use ofsuch code. The foregoing license grant is not a sale of the Mobile Software orany copy thereof, and TheGetogether.com or its third party partners orsuppliers retain all right, title, and interest in the Mobile Software (and anycopy thereof). Any attempt by you to transfer any of the rights, duties orobligations hereunder, except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, isvoid.
